Soldiers Point Marina takes great pleasure in announcing the Soldiers Point Marina Scholarships for school leavers. Applications will be short listed to motivated 15-18-year old’s showing commitment to their career goal. Successful applicants will be eligible for awards of up to $1,000 for much needed financial support.

Soldiers Point Marina is a long-term supporter of the Real Futures Foundation. In addition to our regular contributions to general programs, we offer scholarships to local youth.

In 2016 there were seven recipients of the Soldiers Point Marina Scholarships in the Port Stephens region. Amy Weston for a Diploma of Leadership and Jessica Drummond for an Accounting Course at TAFE. Both Amy and Jessica were recipients of $1000 cash scholarships. A further five students from Tomaree High School were awarded scholarships providing essential uniforms for their hospitality training courses. The Soldiers Point Marina – Real Futures Foundation Scholarship Program is designed to assist students with funds to be used to further their education and, or purchase tools of trade for their chosen career path. A total scholarship pool of $3000 is available and this will be shared between applicants based on the merit of applications submitted.
